The results page can be customized in a similar process to the search page. You can save multiple column layouts with relevant content to re-use as needed. There are also percentage and ration columns that can generate results instantly once added.
3. Adding Percentages & Ratios
1. Add/Remove Columns
Click the Actions button on the top left hand side, and then select Add/Remove Columns as highlighted below.
A window will open with a list of available columns. To add a column, check the applicable box. To remove a column, uncheck the box. Once you have made your changes, click Apply on the bottom right hand corner.
To change the order of the columns, click on the header of the column. Click and drag the column to where you would like it.
2. Saving Column Layout
Once you have the columns as you would like, go to Actions and then click on Save Current Column Layout.
A screen will open. Name the layout as needed. If you are updating an existing layout, select the layout in the drop down menu.
If you would like the layout to be the default layout, toggle on Make this my default layout. Click Save on the bottom right hand corner.
3. Adding Percentages & Ratios
The percent and ratio column will automatically generate when added in the correct order. First, ensure you have the list price, price sold and then percent/ration column enabled.
The order of the columns needs to be the price sold, list price and then either the percent or ratio. The percent/ratio column will auto generate as long as it is placed alongside the two price columns.
NOTE: To see "price per sqft", insert the column price, then the sqft total column, and then the ratio column to get price per sqft.
4. Average & Median Totals
At the bottom of the results grid, the numerical columns have optional totals to choose from. There is a drop down menu that you can select which type of total measurements you need.
