How many times have you set the search criteria for a Single Family, 3 bdrm, 3 bath home? By saving your common search criteria, you can now select the search and generate the newest listings that are a match.
Saving your Searches to reuse multiple times.
First, select the criteria that you would like to save. Once you have all the criteria selected, click the blue Actions button and then Save Search.
Name the search as needed. You can override an existing search by selecting the original search in the drop down menu. Click Save to close the screen.
To use this search at a later date, or to set it as your default search, click the Load search drop down to the left hand side of the Blue Actions button. Click on Saved Searches to open a pop up window.
You can select which search is your default search by selecting the search in the pop up box. You can also select the one time search you need, and the criteria will now populate.
If you are managing your saved searches, click the red X to delete the search and then the close button to exit the pop up.
Click the green Search button to complete the search and to compile the new results.
