The Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services is required in all BC boards when a client is signed up for Private Client Services™ (PCS™). You are not required to complete the field in Xposure™, however, you will not be permitted to mirror your clients' PCS™ portal without it.
When a client has signed up for their own search criteria through an Xposure™ Listing, or the Embed PCS™ feature, the green icon in the clients' tab will be a lighter green until the DRTS date has been completed.
To manually enter the DRTS date, open the clients' profile and go to the general tab. You can then enter the DRTS signed date as shown below.
