If you are creating a PCS client in the Greater Vancouver REALTORS®(GVR), either as an Agent from this board or through the Provincial Interboards, please be aware you will need to enter a Client Expiry Date.
The client expiry date is a feature that the Greater Vancouver REALTORS® Board requested, so that every 90 days the client profile will expire.
You can extend the expiry date by placing a check mark in the box to the left of the client's name, under Actions select "extend contact expiry date". This will extend another 90 days.
If you have already done this, you may still need to activate the search, so place a check mark in the box to the left of the client's name and under Actions select "activate search".
If you extend a client's search just before it expires you won't have to activate it. You only have to activate if the date is in the past.
