Have you set up a clients' PCS™ search but the criteria available in the board does not generate the exact results you want to send them? Utilizing the queue feature on your clients' search allows an active search to alert you when there is a potential match for your client before emailing your client. You can then vet the listing and if it is a good match, you can then release the listing to your client. On the other hand, if the listing is not a good match, you can delete it and your client will not be notified.
To start to use Queue, open your clients' search and go to the search under the PCS™ tab. One of the toggles listed will be "Queue new listings". Toggle that on by clicking in the box to place a checkmark. You can then make the criteria selections and save your search.
When there is a potential listing, you will receive an email with the listing details.
You can either click on the email to open the clients' profile, or you can access the profile from the clients' tab.
If you go through the clients tab, follow the following steps:
In the clients' tab, you will see a flashing red Q next to your clients' name. Click the Q to open the mirror view of your clients' profile.
When the client mirror view opens, you will be taken directly to the queue area. There you will find the listings for you to review. You can select the listings by placing a check on the left hand side of each listing, and then do one of two options:
Release means the listings are good matches and you would like to send them to the client. The listings you have selected will be emailed to the client as a normal PCS™ alert email.
Delete means the listings are not a match. The listings will be removed from the clients' queue (you will not be able to be added back afterwards) and no notifications are sent to the client.
You can then close the mirror view of the client PCS™ portal.
