Throughout Xposure there are icons that are used in various tabs. There may also be board-dependent icons/symbols that are used. Below is a legend key to the most common symbols used in Xposure.

Property Related
When you have completed a search, you will be taken to the search results page. This page defaults to a grid view. Below are the common symbols used.

Listing Status can be interpreted by the icon color. Some colors below may not be a listing status of your board.
Listing Status
Green Icons = Active Listing
Yellow Icons = Unconditional/Pending Listing
Sage Green = Conditional Listing
Red Icons = Sold Listing
Grey Icons = Cancelled Listing
White Icons = Expired Listing
Blue Icons = Inactive Listing

= Mobile/Manufactured Home
= Condo/Apartment
= Single Family Home
= Land/Lot
= Recreational
= Farm
= Townhouse
= Half Duplex
= Full Duplex
= Triplex
= Fourplex
Commercial/Investment Property Types
= Commercial, Investments or Revenue
Listing Statistic Widget
On the Home tab, one of the widget is the Listing Statistics. This will only be visible if you have the Listings tab.
Your listing will populate with the MLS number and the civic address of the property. The address will be blue, and you can click it to open more information.
The details will open in a pop up, and look similar to the screenshot below.
Matched PCS Searches = The number of PCS profiles the listing matches.
PCS Notifications: New = The number of notifications which were sent when the new listing was posted.
PCS Notifications: PC = The number of notifications which were sent when the listing had a Price Change.
PCS Notifications: BOM = The number of notifications which were sent when the listing was Back on Market.
Number of Prints: Clients/Agents = The number of times the listing was printed by Clients or Agents.
Number of Email: Clients/Agents = The number of times the listing was emailed by Clients or Agents, not through PCS.
Number of Views: Clients/Agents = The number of times the listing was viewed by Clients or Agents.
If Pocket Interface is active in your board, the Number of Emails and Views are the same as above but viewed on Pocket Interface.
Client Related
If you have access to the Client tab there are a number of icons that are only used in the client profile and on the main client grid. There is a legend for these symbols at the bottom of the Client tab which is also below.
