Roomvo's integration in Xposure is rolling out to real estate associations as requested in early 2026. It will be enabled in the Association of Interior Realtors at the end of February 2026. Future integrations will be announced as they are released.
What is Roomvo?
Roomvo’s innovative visualization platform empowers homebuyers to take full control of their home search experience by allowing them to instantly change flooring, wall colors, and finishes in any property listing. This heightened level of engagement not only helps to build stronger, more qualified leads but also increases the likelihood of closing more deals, ultimately driving greater success in the competitive real estate market.
How to use Roomvo
Roomvo is a consumer facing feature in AOIR, and only available through PCS/ gateway link. In a listing, click into the Photo Gallery. You will see on the bottom middle of the main photo, a blue "Restyle" button. Before clicking, ensure you have selected the photo you would like to restyle. Once you have made your photo selection, click the Restyle button.
Roomvo will open and load the photo you had selected. Along the left hand side, you will see multiple style options to choose from. When you select a style, the tool will update the photo. There is a swipe bar that can be used to see the changes applied.
You can also click on the Wall or Floor button and manually make changes to the photo. There are filters you can use to sort the options. Click on the Wall or Floor image to have it applied to the photo.
If you would like to Share the restyle look, click the Share link at the top of the screen, and then Copy Link.
A pop up will open with the link to share.
If you would like to change the photo, click Select New Image in the top left corner.
You will return to the Xposure listing. You can then choose the next photo, and then click Restyle to continue.
Once the new photo reloads, you can repeat the steps as needed.
To close, click Select New Image in the top left corner.
