In February 2024, the following feature will start to be rolled out to board datasets. If you do not see this in your boards' dataset and would like to know when it will be in your board, please send us an email.
The first part of this new feature is the criteria filter at the top of the search screen.
You can utilize this filter to find the search criteria label from the fields that are shown on the screen. If you have customized your screen and hidden a criteria field, the search will not find it.
For example, if you search for the word "Remarks", the field that is labeled "Public Remarks" will populate.
The second part of this feature is the creation of sections to the default layout, along with section headers. The section headers may be different depending on your boards criteria.
In the example below, there is a "Listing" section header. The types of fields that are part of this section are listing status dates. Other common section headers are Legal, Interior, Exterior, Strata/Association, Building, Lot/Acreage/Farm, Business, and Manufactured Home.
Sections and section headers will not override a custom, saved layout. You will have the ability to customize the default sections and headers by building your own layout.
In the Add/Remove or Reorder customization, you will see the section headers, as shown below. You can move the header separately from the criteria field and create your own groupings, or you can hide the section header.
